My approach blends therapeutic massage, movement awareness, and holistic bodywork to support comfort, balance, and connection throughout preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s wellness.

My Approach to Bodywork

My work is integrative, combining modern therapeutic techniques with holistic practices that honor the body’s natural rhythms and ability to heal.

Drawing from advanced training in prenatal and postpartum massage, fertility massage, myofascial release, shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, cupping, corrective exercise, and trauma-informed bodywork, each session is tailored to the unique needs of your body and season of life.

I am also trained in The Body Ready Method, supporting functional movement, balance, and alignment throughout pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery.

Rather than simply addressing symptoms, my goal is to help you feel more supported, connected, and at home within your body.

How Care Works

Care is guided by what your body is communicating in the present moment through each season—preconception, pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and ongoing women’s wellness. Support is adapted according to your current needs and stage of life.

Rather than choosing from a list of services, we begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your goals, concerns, and current season of life.

Together, we’ll determine the most supportive starting point for your care and create a personalized plan that meets your body where it is.

After your first session, you’ll receive a Seasonal Care Pathway with personalized recommendations to support your body through your current season and beyond.

Getting Started

Begin by scheduling a complimentary consultation so we can connect and explore what support feels right for you.

From there, you’ll attend your initial session, where we’ll begin with hands-on care and a deeper understanding of your body and needs.

After your first visit, you’ll receive a personalized Seasonal Care Pathway with recommendations to support your body through your current season.

Ongoing care can continue as needed, with returning clients able to book 60, 75, or 90-minute sessions online.

Preconception & Pregnancy Support

Preconception Care

Preconception care supports the body during the foundational phase before pregnancy, helping encourage balance, circulation, and nervous system regulation as you prepare for conception.

This work is designed for those actively trying to conceive, preparing for pregnancy, or navigating fertility journeys, including individuals receiving additional reproductive care such as acupuncture or IVF support.

During preconception care, we focus on:

  • Pelvic and abdominal circulation support

  • Nervous system regulation and stress reduction

  • Cycle awareness and body balancing

  • Support for reproductive organ mobility and function

  • Emotional grounding during fertility journeys

  • Preparation of the body for conception and pregnancy

Each session is individualized and guided by your body’s needs in the moment, drawing from therapeutic massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and gentle movement-based techniques as appropriate.

Pregnancy Support

Pregnancy brings ongoing physical, hormonal, and emotional changes as the body adapts to support both mother and baby. Bodywork during this season is designed to support comfort, alignment, and ease while deepening body awareness as you prepare for birth.

In pregnancy, bodywork helps with:

  • Relief of low back, hip, pelvic, and rib discomfort

  • Improved mobility and postural balance

  • Nervous system regulation and relaxation

  • Body balancing and alignment

  • Optimal fetal positioning support

  • Birth preparation and body awareness

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and stage of pregnancy, drawing from massage therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, movement education, and other supportive techniques as appropriate.

Breech Baby Support

When a baby is presenting breech, bodywork can help create balance, mobility, and space within the body, supporting conditions that may encourage optimal positioning and a head-down presentation.

This support is most commonly sought in the third trimester when a baby is breech, transverse, or in another non-optimal position.

The focus is on creating space and may include:

  • Body balancing techniques

  • Myofascial release

  • Craniosacral therapy

  • Movement and positioning guidance

  • Education and supportive resources

  • Body Ready Method-informed movement strategies

While bodywork cannot guarantee a baby's position, many families find bodywork to be a valuable part of a comprehensive approach to supporting optimal fetal positioning.

Postpartum Recovery

Postpartum Support

The postpartum period is a time of physical, emotional, and hormonal change. Bodywork offers space to slow down, recover, and reconnect with your body while adjusting to life with a new baby.

Postpartum bodywork helps with:

  • Relief of neck, shoulder, back, and hip tension

  • Nervous system regulation and relaxation

  • Recovery from birth

  • Feeding and caregiving posture support

  • Core and pelvic awareness

  • Grounding and restorative care

Care may be provided on a comfortable floor mat or massage table, depending on your needs and preferences. Floor-based sessions can be especially supportive during the early postpartum period, allowing you to remain close to your baby throughout your care.

Traditional Belly Binding

Inspired by the traditional Malaysian Bengkung practice, belly binding provides gentle support for the abdomen, pelvis, and core during postpartum recovery.

This support includes:

  • Personalized belly binding instruction

  • Muslin postpartum wrap to keep

  • Herbal abdominal massage salve

  • Step-by-step self-wrapping and massage video

Potential benefits include:

  • Gentle abdominal and pelvic support

  • Increased comfort during recovery

  • Support for posture and body awareness

  • A grounding postpartum self-care ritual

Most commonly used during the early postpartum weeks, though supportive at any stage of recovery.
